This article provides a detailed guide on how to generate the necessary API keys required to access the Returns APIs. These APIs utilize Basic authentication, which means that access is granted through a combination of a user name and a password. 

1. Log in to the Returns Portal and go to Settings > Create Credentials.
   
   
    
2. Enter a username. It needs to be unique within your account. 
   
   
    
3. A password will be created for you. Please make sure to copy and save it, as you will not be able to see or retrieve it again. You will be able to click Close after you have copied the password.
   
   
    
4. You will now see the user on the list. You can create as many users as you need. If you forget a user's password, you can simply delete that user and create a new one.
