Our previous feedback system is closing down, so we're implementing a new solution that allows you to send feedback directly to the Webshipper product team on the 10th of September 2025.
In the new solution it is now easily possible to attach screenshots and even screen recordings!
1. Open 'Billing & Company' settings on your account
To start, you must go to the Company and Billing settings on your account (you need to be an Account Admin).
You can click this LINK to go there directly (opens in new tab).
OR
You can click your profile icon in the bottom left of Webshipper and click 'Billing & Company' settings:
Once the page loads, you can now click 'Feedback' on the bottom right hand side:
2. Detail the feedback request
Once the Feedback module is opened, it will look like this:
Now you can navigate to any relevant page on your Webshipper platform to tag the URL, take screenshots or record a video of the request.
Once you're finished detailing the request, hit 'Send feedback' to send the case to Webshipper.
