The TrackBox was created for 2 use cases:
- for carriers that don't offer an online track-and-trace solution
- for Transsmart customers who want all their tracking links to have a uniform branded layout
The TrackBox supports these 3 features:
- a generic secure track-and-trace link for every shipment, under trackbox.nl domain
- show any available (sub)status information regarding the shipment
- page design according to the corporate identity of the customer or carrier (possible to configure more page designs based on costcenter)

4. Additional references
In a shipment in MyTranssmart, it is possible to fill in several additional references; in most cases, these are fields that are stored in your ERP/WMS system and linked to a shipment.
By default, these values are shown in the Track&Trace page; if you do not want to show one or more of these fields, you can unselect them here.
This is how it looks when they are all selected (by default)
5. Footer setting
By default, we show the [About us] link in the footer of the Track&Trace page. If you would like to hide it, you can do that by unchecking this field:
