You can mass print labels by using import in Drop Zone and import and print shipments from the Inbox. This is useful if you need to send identical shipments to many receivers at the same time. 

Prerequisites

Before starting, ensure the following prerequisites are met:

• Install Drop Zone. Refer to this article for setup: Printer setup in Ship (Drop Zone configuration)
   
• Set up filedrop import. A technical consultant from nShift must create the setup on the server, after which you can complete the configuration in Drop Zone by following this article: Filedrop import configuration in Ship (Drop Zone). Request an import setup by contacting Customer Service.
   

Import and print

1. Prepare a file for mass printing that follows the specified import format and fields. Usually, the import setup has been created according to our standard file or according to your requirements.  
    
2. Import your shipments to Inbox by dropping the file in the specified source folder configured in your Drop Zone. Note: Your import configuration must support import to Inbox (Autoprint labels must be disabled).

3. Log into nShift Portal, and go to Ship > Inbox.
    
4. Select the shipments to print by checking them individually or using the top checkbox to select all.
   
   
    
5. Click the three-dot menu in the top right and select Print.
   
   
    
6. All selected shipments will now be printed.
