Today 27-Jan-2025 we deployed below changes and fixes to our Beta and Accept environment.
The release to Production is scheduled Tuesday 28-Jan-2025.
Note: there is also a Webservice (WSDL) change deployed to Production today, you can read about that in this announcement.
API change - delivery note lines
We have an integration with nShift Returns and when sending shipment data from nShift Transsmart to nShift Returns, we need the possibility to specify whether a product should be returnable or not. For instance, customized products usually cannot be returned.
Additionally, we must be able to provide detailed product properties/specifications such as colour or size, to make it easier for consumers to select the correct product they wish to return in the Returns platform.
In the delivery note lines we have now added those fields; these are available in the API booking request and response (see DevDocs) and in MyTranssmart they are now added in the shipment details page, section Delivery Note.
The default value for Returnable will be "Yes".
Help shape the future of nShift Transsmart
We are conducting interviews with our end users to gather feedback. We are particularly curious about experiences of users who work daily in the shipment overview page and shipment details page of MyTranssmart. The interview takes about 30 minutes. Your input is very valuable to make our product even better suited to your needs. Interested? Contact us via mail and we will reach out to plan a meeting.

Today 28-Jan-2025 we deployed the changes and fixes to our Production environment.
Note: because it’s possible that users are working in the MyTranssmart dashboard at the moment of the deployment, it is recommended that users log off the dashboard, press Ctrl + F5 (to reload the current browser page including the browser cache) and log in again.
