When the connection in Drop Zone fails, it is usually caused by your firewall. Make sure that the following ports are open in your firewall:
- 80
- 443
- 5657
- 8080
- 8089
Port 8089 may be configured to another port under Settings in the Drop Zone application but it is set to 8089 by default.
