PostNord Sweden (API) is the new modern connection to Postnord SE which will replace the EDI solution.
1. Setting up the carrier
To get started with this carrier navigate to:
Connect > Carriers > Create carrier > Find PostNord Sweden API in the list and click Connect to carrier.
You will need to enter your 'Customer Number' from PostNord SE to set up the carrier.
If you need to use letter services, a seperate customer number is needed for this.
2. Shipping rates
Once you have connected to your carrier, you can start building your desired shipping rates with each of the services available on the carrier.
Navigate to Connect > Order channels > Select your channel > Add Shipping rate.

3. Good to know
- If you need to provide customers with updates through e-mail or SMS, please enable the following addons instead of the standard options under 'Notifications':
(If you do mark the Notification options it won't return any errors, but it won't do anything yet - this will be implemented in the near future and we will warn you in the platform when this change is made).
- If you need to use a droppoint service with this carrier, make sure to select the following addon on the shipping rate to avoid errors:
- The term "Agent" in error messages is regarding droppoint addresses.
