It is possible to make nShift On-premises ignore any default services during file import. 

1. Go to Setup and open your Import Setup.
   
   
   
   
2. Choose the Options tab and check the box next to Ignore default services.
   
   

Default services will now only be used when making manual shipments. Carrier codes in import will still work as usual.
