If the printer changes name/port in Windows, the settings must be updated in nShift Ship On-premises.

1. Go to Setup. Open either Server Printers or Client Printers.
   
   
2. Select the printer and click Edit. (Server Printers if you are on the server).
   
   
   
   
3. Choose the correct/new printer from the drop-down menu and click OK.
   
   
   
   
4. Choose the printer type in the Type column and click OK to save the settings.
