If the printer changes name/port in Windows, the settings must be updated in nShift On-premises (Consignor).

1. Go to Setup. Open either Server Printers or Client Printers.
   
   
2. Select the printer and click Edit. (Server Printers if you are on the server).
   
   
   
   
3. Choose the correct/new printer from the drop-down menu and click OK.
   
   
   
   
4. Choose the printer type in the Type column and click OK to save the settings.
