Some carriers require login information in nShift Ship (Consignor) for their tracking to work. This is usually the case if the carrier's tracking page is behind a login page on their own website. If you are in doubt about whether or not your carrier requires login information, please contact nShift's Customer Service and ask.
You obtain the login information from your carrier. When you have the information ready, follow these steps to add it to nShift Ship:
- Go to Setup in nShift On-Premises, and find the carrier you want to activate tracking for.
- Right-click, choose New and click on Track & Trace Logon Information on the list.
- Enter Username and Password and click OK.
- If the Track & Trace Logon Information icon has already been added to the carrier, you simply double-click the icon and enter the login information.
