In the production view in Ship On-premises, a group called Payer is located at the top right corner. To use Receiver pays, simply check the box. The box is grayed out if the carrier does not support Receiver pays.
Most carriers require you to provide the receiver's customer number. Double-click in the Carrier account field and enter the Payer carrier account in the popup.
