There are different situations where you need your Actor ID. Follow the steps below to locate your Actor ID if you have a Ship cloud solution.

1. Log into nShift Portal with your owner or admin user (see note below).
   
   
2. Go to Ship > Configuration > Actors and Carriers.
   
   
3. Find your Actor ID in the Actor id column. You may have multiple Actors.
