SNAPI IS REQUIRED TO BE SUPPORTED BY THE DEVICE.
Please be aware that some devices only support SNAPI when they are resting in their cradle and not when lifted from it.
- Please always remember to update your drivers to the newest drivers.
- Webshipper Scan is not supported on MAC. We only support using Windows for scan.
- Webshipper support does not offer any assistance with your local hardware, hardware setup, local servers, network settings, driver configuration, firewalls or anything related to your local IT. If you do not know how to update drivers or install new hardware on your pc, please contact the supplier who provided the scanner for support.
