Brands are a way to customize the look of your e-mail templates, to include your branded color scheme and logo in a saved configuration. This can then be applied to any new templates created in the future, so you don't have to configure colors and logo on newly created templates.
1. Setting up a brand
Go to Settings > Brands to open this feature. Click 'Create' in the top right corner to start configuring your first brand.
The following settings can be configured on the brand:
The Name is required to identify the brand in the Webshipper platform. This is not something your customers see.
The E-mail will be the contact email noted on e-mails going out from the platform, so note your company e-mail here.
The Primary and Secondary colors will be the color combination used in the brand. Select the two most appropriate colors for your company brand and this will propegate to any functions using the brand.
The Logo should be your company logo.
Once you're done configuring these settings, click 'Create' in the top right to save the brand.
2. Using the brand on e-mail templates
Go to Settings > E-mail templates and select an existing or create a new e-mail template.
On the right hand side in the settings you will see an option to select 'Brand' from a dropdown.
Select your new brand from the dropdown to apply colors and logo to the template currently open.
Click Create/Save in the top right corner when you're finished configuring the e-mail template.
And that's it! You've now created and applied a brand to an e-mail template and can quickly brand new templates in the future.
