Today Thursday 21-Sep-2023 we deployed below fix to our Beta, Accept and Production environments.
 

Label download in MyTranssmart

In menu [Manage shipments] when zooming into the shipment details page, you can download the label of a shipment. It will download a ZIP file which contains one or more PDF files depending on the number of packages you have.

We have fixed a specific scenario where it would download a PDF file only containing the first page, which is the shipment label and not containing the second page, which is the return label.
