We are happy to announce our new name and brand, nShift, which is a result of the merger between Consignor, Unifaun and Transsmart and the acquisition of Returnado.
New product names
We have launched new product names in line with our new brand, but all features remain the same and daily operations continue without any disruptions. No action is required by you, and you can keep using our software the same way as you are used to. The URL to Portal and Ticket (https://www.consignorportal.com/) remains unchanged for now.
nShift DeliveryHub is the new name covering the portfolio of former Consignor products including Portal, Shipment Server, Ticket, On-premises, and Scan App. These products will keep their old names without the Consignor brand.
nShift Delivery is the new name of former Unifaun Online.
nShift Checkout is the new name of former Unifaun DeliveryCheckout.
nShift Return is the new name of former Returnado.
Consignor Help Center becomes nShift Delivery Hub Help Center
Our Help Center has been rebranded, but you will find all the same content and articles. Articles will be updated over the coming months to reflect our new brand but expect to see Consignor mentioned in text and images for a while. Because our features remain the same, you can still search for "shipping rules", "user management", "import" etc. to find relevant articles.
You can still contact our Customer Service using the submit request form or the hotline. Our phone numbers remain the same and so do our Customer Service staff. The only difference is that Customer Service will now present themselves using our new company name.
