The following changes to Posti (FI) are planned for release on August 30, 2023. We are sending out this notification as a service, so affected customers have time to prepare for the changes. 

Posti has asked nShift to make Receiver mobile/phone number mandatory for the following services in Ship:

• Postipaketti (953)
• Pikkupaketti (3454)
• EMS (1576)
• Priority (1575)
• Postal Parcel Baltics (6918)

It is sufficient to fill in EITHER phone number or mobile number.

For Return shipments,  Sender mobile/phone number is mandatory.

For the following services, Receiver email will become mandatory:

• Parcel Connect
• Postal Parcel Baltics (6918)
