At nShift, we are constantly looking for new ways to support our customers and offer better communication and updates about the status of our services. On May 2, 2023, we are moving our Help Center System Status to a dedicated status and uptime solution.
The new page can be accessed here: https://status.nshiftportal.com and offers the following improvements:
- Instant notifications via email about service interruptions, performance degradation and outages
- Complete overview of Ship and Track services as well as integrations from third-party providers
- Incident tracking, reporting and postmortem
- Historical data for the last 90 days
At launch on May 2, all current subscribers will automatically be moved to the new Status page. You can always sign up manually in the top right corner or unsubscribe via the confirmation email you receive in your inbox.
