DeliveryHub (former Consignor platform) has been renamed to nShift Ship and joins the new nShift Track to provide enterprise-grade capability for parcel delivery management and post-purchase tracking. The change to nShift Ship is in name only – everything else will work the way it does now, and there’s no action for existing customers to take. It is still the same market-leading service that you are used to. You will keep all your current features and your subscription plan will stay the same.
Alongside nShift Ship, we have also launched nShift Track, a new delivery tracking solution designed to reduce support calls by as much as 60%, build customer engagement, and increase sales. It is a post-purchase tracking solution that helps improve customer loyalty. It keeps shoppers up to date with the status of their delivery and creates new marketing opportunities for retailers. It offers a consumer interface that can match the look and feel of the retailer or web shop’s brand. It provides delivery updates through the mobile and social channels that are relevant to shoppers.
