We strongly encourage Scan App customers to update their Scan App to the latest version as soon as possible to be able to continue using the scanning feature.

From March 20, 2023, versions lower than 6.8.0, will show the following error message when trying to access the scanner:   

If you see the "Error 13: The Scandit SDK license validation failed" message, please update to keep using the scanner and be able to send events.  

For customers using version 5.6.0

Customers using the legacy version of Scan App (version 5.6.0) must migrate to the new version. Please read more in the following article for information on how to migrate your data: Getting started with Scan App
