Guide to set up DHL Parcel as a carrier in Webshipper
DHL getting started with added services
Before getting started with DHL in Webshipper, it is important to note that DHL will create new account numbers for you according to which extra added services you choose to use and request activated on your account agreement.
An example could be the extra service "Bulky Goods". If you decide to make use of this, you must activate it on the shipping method in the section for add-ons but also update the carrier account number in carrier settings.
Create the DHL Parcel Carrier
Navigate to Connect > Carriers > Create Carrier and click on Create Carrier for DHL Parcel.
Enter a name for the carrier and input the following:
- Your username for DHL Parcel
- Your signature for DHL Parcel
- Account numbers for the DHL services you intend on using. You must get these account numbers from DHL
Then click Create carrier
Shipping rates
Once you have connected to your carrier, you can start building your desired shipping rates with each of the services available on the carrier.
Navigate to Connect > Order channels > Select your channel > Add Shipping rate.

Return labels with DHL Parcel
DHL Parcel only supports creating return (inbound) labels simultaneously when booking regular (outgoing) shipments. You can enable this feature by selecting the option Create Return Label when creating a DHL Parcel shipping rate:
