In short, follow the directions in the guide and send an email to Webshipper support from the following recipe:
- Subject line. Best kept short and precise.
- Remember it is important to add the attached file you have created in the first 2 minutes of the video.
- Include your Webshipper account name/subdomain (For help on how to find your ID, click here).
- Include the error message.
- Send it to customer service.
