nShift has support agents sitting in most of our local markets all over Europe, supporting thousands of customers with their business needs. Even though we strive to deliver live support in local languages, we sometimes need to be able to load balance the work that comes in, and English is the preferred language to do so.
We therefore encourage all our customers to initiate written contact with us in English, whenever they can. By doing so we get shorter response times and follow-up frequencies, and pending tickets can more easily be picked up by any support agent without the need of doing live translations.
If you need local language support, we still accommodate this, but response times can in some cases be longer.
The content of the nShift Online Help Center will in 2023 only be in English. This enables us to create better search capabilities across all our products and improve our self-service capabilities.
