If you wish to change or activate a carrier from our carrier library on your account in Transsmart, please fill in the order form by clicking the link below.
Please add the following information in the Description field:
- Customer number and/or API credentials received from the carrier
- Transport services (products)
- Customer name
- Contact person
- Phone number
There is an activation fee per carrier. Once we receive your request, we will report the assignment to the carrier, and you will be contacted by our customer service for setup and testing when the carrier gives us the go-ahead.
