This is a coordinated email from DPD together with nShift and is primarily for customers who send their goods from the Netherlands with DPD. (Belgian customers will also follow later)
The advantage of the new DPD Meta API is that no more manifests are sent and there are no longer any shipment counters which need to be replaced. Shipments are immediately registered with DPD and you will always receive the label directly from DPD, so that the label is always up to date.
We have already set up this new configuration on the accounts where it is necessary, and if you create a support ticket with us you will receive a description of the services that are available.
If you want to add extra services, update rates in the system or need guidance with testing, we will charge our regular rates for this. All configuration has been done for the new connection so if this is not the case you can switch free of charge.
We know that a month of migration time is short and we have therefore prepared everything as well as possible.
