In the History section of Scan App, you will find an overview of all your scans and events from the past 30 days.
- From the main page, tap the menu icon in the top left corner and choose Overview > History or use the toolbar at the bottom
- You will now see a list of entries. By default, it will display data from the past month.
- Each entry on the list will be marked with one of the following three icons (Scan App version 6.7.0 and newer):
Shipment is being processed by our system. This can be caused, for example, by a delay in data transfer from On-premises to Portal or if the shipment does not exist for the current owner.
Data has been processed, the current event has been attached to the shipment and is available in Portal. Event added to a virtual container. (Read more about containers here)
Please note that all actions are immediately visible in History. This means that you will see entries that are being processed which is a behavior change from older versions where entries were not available before they existed in Portal. If you tap an entry with a grey icon, you will see a message saying "Shipment details currently unavailable!". - Tap the filter icon in the top right corner to filter your History entries.
Your filter options will be saved so be aware if you have filter settings turned on and you are missing data in your view.
When a filter is applied, you will see a solid filter icon . When no filter has been applied, the icon is outlined . Click the Reset button to reset any filter settings.
Group by shipment - use this option if you have shipments containing many parcels. When turned on, you will only see the last scanned parcel from each shipment in History.
