Hi,
we've noticed that this morning there was a disruption in the service for a specific carrier:
- shipments with carrier code PNL and service level time 2285 received an error while printing due to a change made by the carrier
- the carrier has since rolled back their change at 11.42h and we rolled back our required change for this as well at 12.04h.
- reprinting the labels/sending another label request for shipments made in between the two rollback times above will now trigger the right label.
