Today, it is possible to bypass a carrier's validations regarding shipment completion when using commands. This will be stopped with the upcoming feature change so shipment completion can only be made if the carrier supports it. This change will affect you if you have special approval from a carrier to make shipment completion, even if it is not generally accepted.
