At the moment, shipments that are booked with carrier TRM get an error message. The following error message is displayed;
TRM B4: error during booking request - code[SOAP-ENV:Server] error[Call to a member function bindValue() on null]

We have been in contact with the carrier and it has been confirmed to us that TRM is experiencing an outage at this time.

When we see that shipments can be successfully created again, we will let you know here.
