Transsmart Help is now a part of the nShift Help Center. In the Transsmart Help category you will be able to find all the articles from the old Transsmart help center as well as new announcements and release notes. You can always access the Transsmart Help directly from MyTranssmart. From the homepage of the nShift Help Center, you will find help to other nShift products.
If you subscribed to the Announcements and Feature Requests, Release Notes and Roadmap forums in the old help center, you will automatically be subscribed to these in the new nShift Help Center, so no action is required by you to keep receiving updates from the Transsmart team.

How to submit a request to Transsmart Support
Due to security reasons, it is required to register the first time you submit a request to Transsmart support through the nShift Help Center.
- Click the Submit a request link.
- Choose Transsmart, fill in the form and click the Submit button. An email will be sent to you with further information.
- Open the email titled nShift welcome email and click the link to create a password and sign in. We urge you to re-use the same password you currently use for the my.transsmart.com portal. You must complete this step before Customer Service receives your request.
- Next you will receive another email with a request ID, confirming that we have received your request.
The next time you submit a request, the system will recognize your email and your request will be sent immediately.
How to view your support tickets
- Go to Transsmart Help (or any page in the nShift Help Center) and click the Sign in link at the top.
- Sign in with your email and password. (If you don't have a password, you can read about what to do here.)
- Once you have signed in, you will see your name in the top right-hand corner. Click on your name and choose My activities.
- Under the My Requests tabs, you will see a list of your tickets. Click on a subject to view the activity on the request.
- If you have a long list of requests, you can use the Status drop-down list to sort the view. Choosing Awaiting your reply will show you any requests where Customer Service is awaiting a response from you.
How to get a password
Follow these steps if you have submitted a request but never signed in to the Help Center before. This also applies if you have followed one of the forums in the old Help Center and are automatically subscribed to the new forums but have never signed in before.

- Click the Get a password link in the Sign in dialog box.
- Enter the same email address you used in your previous request or to subscribe to the old forums and click Submit. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. We urge you to re-use the same password you currently use for the my.transsmart.com portal.
- Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and sign in to the Help Center.
- Click the Get a password link in the Sign in dialog box.
How to receive Announcement or Release notes notifications
Follow these steps to subscribe and receive an email every time we publish a new post in the Announcement or Feature Requests, Release Notes and Roadmap sections.
- Go to the section you want to subscribe to:
- Announcements
- Feature Requests, Release Notes and Roadmap.
- Click the Follow button.
- You must sign in to follow a section so we know which email to send the notifications to. If you don't have a user profile, simply click the Sign up link and register. You only need to enter your name and email to register.
