On the 7th of September 2020, between 7.30h and 8.00h CET, the SSL certificate *.transwise.eu will be replaced by a new version. This certificate is used for encryption of all https-communication to our webservice (connect.transwise.eu) and our oldest portal (gui.transwise.eu, which will be phased out on October 1st).
Depending on which ERP program you use, an update to this certificate might need to be performed before this date to ensure that you can continue booking your shipments with our services.
We are aware that customers using below ERP programs will need to take the following actions:
Unit4
The necessary files are included in update 58 which was recently released by Unit4. Customers using the standard Unit4 version, will therefore need to install this update.
Customers who have custom configuration made on their Unit4 program preventing them from installing update 58 before 7/9/20, have to contact Unit4 themselves to receive the necessary files and install them in the right location.
WICS
Customers using WICS will have to make a change, if they do not then they will not be able to book starting from the 7th of September. WICS has told us that they will contact all customers themselves to install the necessary files. If you have not heard anything from WICS about this at the end of week 36 (31/8 - 4/9), please contact WICS directly about this.
Should something go wrong after the SSL update on September 7th, please contact the WICS helpdesk immediately at melding@wics.nl
