If you have questions regarding your invoice or your nShift subscription, please contact our Finance department by submitting a request.
- Click Submit a request.
- Choose Invoice and Subscription questions.
- Fill in the form. Explain your question in as much detail as possible in the Description field.
- Click the Submit button. If this is the first time you are contacting nShift Customer Service or the Finance department, you will receive a welcome email with a link to create a password and sign in. You must complete this step before we receive your request.
- Next, you will receive another email with a request ID, confirming that we have received your request.
