To collect a parcel with mobile BankID you need the following:
- Make sure the parcel has been added automatically to My Parcels (via the settings).
- Ensure that mobile BankID is installed on the same device as My Parcels. Once you have identified yourself with mobile BankID, it is enough to show the digital advice in My Parcels at the pickup point to collect the parcel. You can also share the digital advice with someone else who can then collect the parcel for you without having to show identification.
Why does it not work to identify with mobile BankID?
This may be because the information we received indicates that you are not the recipient of the package.
