TMS Help is now a part of the nShift Help Center. In the TMS Help category, you will be able to find articles and guides about TMS and more content will be added on an ongoing basis.

How to submit a request to customer service
Due to security reasons, it is required to register the first time you submit a request to customer service through the nShift Help Center.
- Click the Submit a request link.
- Choose Support, fill in the form, and make sure to select nShift TMS under nShift product.
- Click the Submit button. An email will be sent to you with further information.
- Open the email titled nShift welcome email and click the link to create a password and sign in (see important note below). You must complete this step before Customer Service receives your request.
- Next, you will receive another email with a request ID, confirming that we have received your request.
The next time you submit a request, the system will recognize your email and your request will be sent immediately.
Important: If your e-mail is already registered in our system, you will receive a message saying that an account already exists. Click reset your password if you do not have a password or cannot remember it.
How to view your support tickets
- Go to TMS Help (or any page in the nShift Help Center) and click the Sign in link at the top.
- Sign in with your email and password. (If you don't have a password, you can read about what to do here.)
- Once you have signed in, you will see your name in the top right-hand corner. Click on your name and choose My activities.
- Under the My Requests tabs, you will see a list of your tickets. Click on a subject to view the activity on the request.
- You can use the Status drop-down list to sort the view if you have a long list of requests. Choosing Awaiting your reply will show you any requests where Customer Service is awaiting a response from you.
How to get a password
If you have written to us before, we may have your e-mail in our system. Follow these steps if you have contacted us by email before but never signed in to the Help Center.

- Click the Get a password link in the Sign in dialog box.
- Enter the same email address you used to contact us before and click Submit. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password.
- Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and sign in to the Help Center.
- Click the Get a password link in the Sign in dialog box.
