You can change a consignor pickup address in the address book. It is not enough to change your contact information under Company ID or your address information under User settings.

Follow these steps to change consignor pickup address in the Address book:

1. Go to Your Account > Address Book.
   
   
   
   
2. Find your address and click on it to edit it.
   
   
3. Fill in the new information and click Save.
