A consignee customer number is used when the consignee is the freight payer. A consignee customer number is registered as a transport agreement where the consignee is registered as the freight payer.

Follow these steps to register a consignee customer number as a transport agreement:

1. Go to Your account > Transport Agreements.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the Add button.
   
   
   
   
3. Fill in the fields and click Next.
   
   
   
   
4. Select Consignee and click Save. The transport agreement is now ready for use.
