We need to do a technical intervention on our production platform. This is planned to be executed on Sunday morning January 9th, 2022 between 4.15am and 6.30am CET. During this time window our platform will be unavailable. This means you will not be able to book shipments, to request labels/documents, to download reports or to access MyTranssmart.
Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We will try to limit the duration of the window to the bare minimum.
PS : Our user acceptance platform is not impacted by this maintenance and will remain operational.
