we have seen that there is a malfunction on our platform that can cause you to get the following error message:
Booking failed. I/O error: Connection reset; nested exception is java.net.SocketException: Connection reset (TS10003)
We are investigating and resolving this issue with the highest priority. As soon as the solution is reached, we will report it here.

The issue only happens on our API connection, not on our webservice connection which still functions properly. We are in contact with our server partners to determine the root cause of this issue and solve this as quickly as possible.
The issue has been solved. Should you continue to experience this problem, please send us a new ticket via this support portal.
