we've noticed that carriercode BPW is down at the moment. All shipments are getting the same error message during booking:
api-parcel.bpost.be
On the BPO carrier connection we see that sometimes the manifest process runs into an error. You can then get the following error message:
unable upload manifest file. check the connection settings.error opening ftps connection
We are contacting the carrier BPost to find out what the cause is and how to solve it. We will report it here when the solution has been found.

Update 17:30
The BPW / BPO issue has been solved. You should now be able to book with BPW again and manifests are being sent again for BPO. All manifests that haven't been sent during the day have been sent manually by us.
