Using the Customer Experience report you can see if shipments have been delivered the first time. You can also see if there were any exceptions during the delivery and which carriers needed multiple attempts to deliver.
There are two different Customer Experience reports available in Portal - the "Customer Experience" report and the "Customer Experience Detail" report. The customer experience reports are only available if included in your subscription. Contact us for more information.
Making a Customer Experience report
- Log into Portal.
- Go to Insights > Customer Experience.
- Select Locations, Actors, Carriers, and date range. It is possible to select multiple Locations, Actors, and Carriers.
- Click Run report.
- You will get a report showing the number of shipments delivered by each carrier and the percentage of 1-time deliveries and exceptions.
