Improvements and fixes:

• Add pickup date in GetStackShipments.
• Added additional fields from weight scale.
• Fixes to the weight scale functionality and updated the weight scale setup item.
• Fixed issue with break bulk shipments.
• Fixed refresh of sender address when selecting products with another sender address.
• If no time slots are available the product is not included in the response from GetShipAdvise.
• Ignore pickup date validations for method UpdateDetails.
• Various technical fixes, improvements and refactoring.
