Templates enable you to set up default values for weight, volume, number of parcels, content, etc. so you do not need to fill in the same information every time you make a shipment. For example, templates are used by many customers to set the default number of parcels to 1.

Creating a new template
- Log in and go to New Bookings > New to create a new shipment, click the action wheel on the goods line, and choose Edit line templates.
- The Edit line templates window opens. Click the New template button.
- Fill in the fields with the desired information and click Save. Check the Default template box if you want the values to always be filled in by default.
- The template is now available in the Template drop-down list. When you select it, the goods line will be filled in with the default values from the template.
Saving the goods line as a template
Using this method, you can create a template based on the information you have entered on the goods line.
- Fill in the desired information in the Goods Information fields.
- Click the action wheel and select Save line as template.
- A new template is created with the information from the goods line. You may enter another name and edit the values before saving. Check the Default template box if you want the values to always be filled in by default.
- Your new template is now available in the Template drop-down list. When you select it, the goods line will be filled in with the default values from the template.
Editing templates
- To edit existing templates, click on the action wheel on the goods line and choose Edit line templates.
- Click on a template and edit the fields.
- Use the hamburger icons
to drag and drop templates to change the order of the list.
- Delete a template using the delete icon

- Click Save to save your changes.
