You can easily filter your Shipment, Package, Return and Invoice reports in nShift Portal using the shipment status filter. This tool lets you quickly view specific groups of shipments, like those delivered today or currently out for delivery.
Using the Status Category and Status filters
Use the Status Category combined with the Status drop-down list to filter your report:
When you choose a Status category, all statuses belonging to this category will be available in the Status drop-down list for further filtering.
Click the Select All icon to select all categories or all statuses at once. The icon appears when you hover over the Status Category or Status field.
Click the Select none icon to deselect any selections made.
We receive many different statuses from carriers and in different languages. The status categories help you quickly filter your reports. We have sorted and matched hundreds of different statuses into six main categories. You will still see the original status from the carrier in your reports, but the normalized categories make it easier for you to get an overview of delivered shipments, shipments in progress, etc.
Here is an overview of the categories and the statuses belonging to each category. The numbers shown in brackets are the IDs returned when using the Shipment Data API:

Using conditional formatting
You can use conditional formatting in the reports to get a quick and clear overview of your shipments. When you turn on this feature, your shipments will be highlighted with the following colors:
- Black: Label is printed, but parcel is not sent
- Blue: In progress
- Light green: Partially delivered
- Dark green: Delivered
- Red: Deleted, lost and delayed
To activate the colors in your reports, click the config wheel and check Conditional formatting:
Your shipments will now be listed in colors according to their status:
