Our customers have requested the option to make fields mandatory in Ticket. This feature currently only exists in On-premises, and allows users to configure optional fields as mandatory in the user interface of their own installation.
We receive many requests for new features from our customers. New requests are sent to our business developers who will evaluate if a new feature should continue to development. This feature has not been prioritized for development yet but is currently under evaluation.
