Can I set up Carrier performance for all carriers?
No, nShift Portal needs return data (either from the carrier or from Scan App) to determine when the delivery takes place.
Is any configuration needed to measure Carrier performance?
Yes, all configuration is stored in an XML file. This contains transport time to different areas and what triggers the pickup.
I have a location with 10 actors. Do I need a separate configuration for each of them?
No, the configuration file is uploaded in nShift Portal and can be placed on installation, location or actor level.
Where do I see how a carrier perform?
Log in to nShift Portal, choose Insights and click on Performance Report. Choose actor, carrier and a time interval and see how many shipments are delivered on time and too late.
I can’t find a shipment in the report. I know it was sent yesterday.
Shipments will not be visible in Carrier Performance until the actual delivery has taken place.
I send orders to many countries. Can I use Carrier Performance for shipments to other countries?
Yes, just define areas with the receiver’s country code and the related transport time.
I use three carriers. Can I compare them?
Yes, you can filter on one or more carriers to see how they perform.
For one of my carriers, delivery speed is not set on product level, but on service level. Is that possible?
Yes, the Carrier Performance can both be set on product and service level (but not for a whole carrier – however a workaround here is to include all products for a carrier)
