Ordering Carrier Performance setup
The configuration containing your specific SLAs is stored in an XML file. This contains transport time to different areas and what triggers the pickup. Contact us if you would like to set up an XML file and start measuring Carrier Performance.
Carrier Performance can only be measured on the carriers that nShift Ship receives return data from, to determine when the delivery takes place. Our consultants will know which carriers provide return data.
Use case examples

- You use a number of carriers and would like to compare how they deliver. You would like weekly/monthly reports comparing their performance.
