Scan App version 3.3.0 or newer has live tracking functionality. With this feature, it is possible for Action Center managers to see their agents' positions live on a map. The feature is intended to assist Scan App managers in easier management of pickups and deliveries in a defined geographical area and to help identify nearby agents that could assist with the pickup or delivery.

Live Tracking in Action Center
From your Action Center, you can follow the live tracking of your agents.
- Log in to Portal and go to Scan App > Live Tracking.
- You can navigate around the map and click on an agent to get his details. The map will automatically refresh with updated positions. The last GPS position of an agent will be available for 24 hours after which it will be deleted.
Note: Only agents with READY TO LOAD and SHARE MY POSITION turned on will be shown on the map
Live tracking settings in Scan App
By default, Live tracking will be active if Location Services is turned on, on your device. If Location Services is turned off, Scan App will let you know when you try to turn on SHARE MY POSITION. When SHARE MY POSITION is on, the device will upload your position to Portal every minute.
The agent controls his privacy and may turn off live tracking. Your position will only be shown on the Action Center's map if SHARE MY POSITION is on. If SHARE MY POSITION is off, your position will not be tracked.
