New features
Ask Companion about your users and groups
Administrators can now ask Companion questions about User Management in plain language, without clicking through multiple screens. For example:
- “Who is in the Logistics group?”
- “What access does this user have?”
- “Tell me about this company.”
Companion can look up user details, groups and group members, company details, and user data access. You can also find users who haven't signed in during a given period. This is read-only, so Companion can't make changes to your setup.
Safer SCIM group management
- When SCIM becomes the source of truth for a user's group membership, SCIM-provisioned users are removed from groups created during migration. Non-SCIM users and manually created groups are not affected.
- Default and migration-created Access Groups no longer appear as SCIM mapping options, which helps prevent unintended administrative access.
Email verification
Account invitations and email changes now verify the email address when the user sets or changes their password.
Bug fixes
- Navigation translations: Fixed untranslated items in the global navigation, including Company Management, Audit Logs, My Company, and Policies.
- Korean: Added missing Korean translations for User Management fields and interface elements.
- User lists: Fixed sorting issues where users could be repeated or missing when sorted by last login (including users who have never logged in), and where rows could be skipped in user, company, group, and functionality group lists.
