Estimated delivery dates now include nShift ETA
nShift Track can now use nShift ETA as an additional source for estimated delivery dates.
nShift ETA is the sixth and final priority in the delivery-date source order. It uses AI-based predictions from historical delivery patterns and is only used when none of the five existing sources provide an estimated delivery date.
This means more shipments can now show an estimated delivery window, without overriding carrier-provided dates, configured SLAs, or customer-supplied delivery dates.
In reports, these estimates are identified by the source nShift AI prediction.
