Here's what's new and improved in this release of nShift Returns.
Shipping and carrier bookings
- Return shipments are now booked using the actual package dimensions supplied with the order, both when fetching shipping options and when creating the shipment. Previously a fixed 10×10×10 cm package was always sent, which meant carriers could return incorrect shipping options, or reject bookings, for anything that wasn't a standard parcel.
- Package weight is now calculated from the weights of the items being returned, and is being forwarded accordingly to the carrier.
